Our bars are made with real-food ingredients you can pronounce - no artificial additives, fillers, or ultra‑processed nonsense.

Cashew nuts, almonds, pumpkin seeds, whole pitted dates, chicory, black pepper, sea salt, jumbo oats, flaked cream coconut, hot honey, rosemary, Sicilian lemon, olive oil, milk protein.

Each bar packs 16g of protein, derived from whole‑food sources - ideal for keeping your energy up and keeping you full.
Are Frank bars suitable for vegetarians or vegans?

Currently, our bars are vegetarian-friendly.  They contain dairy-based ingredients.  We’re working toward future vegan‑friendly options.
How long do the bars last?

Our bars have a 12 month shelf-life from manufacture.  Check the ‘Best Before’ date printed on the package for specifics.
What about flavours and bundles?

We currently offer two ten-bar flavours. We’re always looking to expand our range, so keep an eye out for exciting new flavours as we grow.
