UK Delivery

We currently deliver across the UK only using reliable, tracked services.

Please note:

  • Delivery times are estimates and start from dispatch
  • Orders are processed Monday–Friday (excluding bank holidays)
  • Orders placed after cut-off times, on weekends or bank holidays will be dispatched the next working day

Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details where applicable.

International Shipping

At the moment, we’re only shipping within the UK.

If you’re based outside the UK, we’d love to hear from you!

We’ve got big plans for 2026, so keep an eye on our socials to be the first to know when we launch in new markets.

Returns & Refunds

We offer a 30-day return policy, giving you 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, items must:

  • Be unused and in the same condition as received
  • Be returned in original packaging
  • Include proof of purchase

Because our products are food items, all bars must be unopened and fully sealed. Unfortunately, we’re unable to offer refunds for items returned unsealed.

How to initiate a Return

If your return is approved:

  • We’ll email you a return shipping label
  • You’ll receive clear instructions on how and where to send your parcel

Items returned without requesting a return first will not be accepted.

Return Fees

  • Returns are charged at £5 per order
  • This amount will be deducted from your refund once processed

Refunds will be issued back to the original payment method after we’ve received and checked your return.

When will my order be dispatched?

Orders are processed and dispatched Monday–Friday (excluding bank holidays). Orders placed on weekends or bank holidays will be dispatched the next working day.

Can I amend or cancel my order after placing it?

Once an order has been placed, we’re usually unable to amend or cancel it, as our fulfilment process starts quickly. Please double-check your delivery details before completing the checkout.

If you think you’ve made a mistake, contact us as soon as possible at hi@eatfrank.com and we’ll do our best to help.

What happens if my delivery is delayed?

Delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be impacted by courier delays, especially during busy periods.

If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at hi@eatfrank.com and we’ll look into it for you.

What if my order arrives damaged or faulty?

If your order arrives damaged or there’s a fault with your item, please contact us at hi@eatfrank.com within 30 days of delivery, including your order number and photos if possible.

We’ll work with you to resolve it as quickly as we can.

Can I return food items?

Yes! — but only if they meet our return conditions.
All food items must be unopened, unused and fully sealed to be eligible for a refund.

Items returned unsealed unfortunately can’t be refunded.

How long do refunds take?

Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are typically processed within 5–7 working days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, minus the £5 return fee.
