Frank Monthly Review Prize Draw Terms & Conditions
1. Promoter
The promoter is Frank, trading via eatfrank.com.
2. Eligibility
This prize draw is open to UK residents aged 18 or over.
Employees, contractors, agents, suppliers, or anyone professionally connected with Frank or the administration of this prize draw, including their immediate family members or households, are not eligible to enter.
3. How to enter
To enter, customers must submit a review of Frank through the official review request process or review platform during the relevant monthly prize draw period.
Only one entry per person per calendar month is permitted.
No purchase is necessary where prohibited by law. Where a review request is sent following a purchase, submitting a review will count as entry into the prize draw.
Reviews may be positive, negative, or neutral. The content or rating of a review will not affect the chance of winning.
4. Prize draw period
Each monthly prize draw opens at 00:01 on the first day of the calendar month and closes at 23:59 on the final day of the same calendar month.
Entries received after the monthly closing date will be entered into the following month’s prize draw, where applicable.
5. The prize
There is one prize available each month.
The winner will receive one free box of Frank bars.
The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and no cash alternative is available. Frank reserves the right to substitute the prize with an alternative prize of equal or greater value if circumstances beyond its reasonable control make this necessary.
6. Winner selection
One winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the relevant monthly prize draw period.
The draw will take place within 7 days of the end of each calendar month.
The winner will be selected using a verifiably random process or under independent supervision.
7. Winner notification
The winner will be contacted by email within 7 days of the draw using the email address connected to their review or order.
The winner must respond within 14 days of being contacted to claim the prize and provide any information reasonably required to fulfil the prize.
If the winner does not respond within 14 days, is ineligible, or cannot accept the prize, Frank reserves the right to select an alternative winner at random from the remaining eligible entries.
8. Delivery of prize
The prize will be delivered to a valid UK postal address provided by the winner.
Frank will aim to deliver the prize within 30 days of the winner successfully claiming it.
9. Reviews
By submitting a review, entrants agree that their review may be displayed publicly on Frank’s website, review platform, marketing emails, social media, advertising, or other marketing materials.
Frank may moderate or remove reviews that are unlawful, offensive, defamatory, spam, fraudulent, or otherwise breach the review platform’s terms.
The chance of winning is not affected by whether a review is positive, negative, or neutral.
10. Winner details
Frank may make available the surname and county of the winner, where required by applicable promotional marketing rules.
Entrants may object to this information being made available by contacting Frank, although Frank may still be required to provide winner information to the Advertising Standards Authority or another regulator.
11. Data protection
Personal data provided as part of the prize draw will be used to administer the prize draw, contact the winner, and fulfil the prize.
Personal data will be handled in accordance with Frank’s privacy policy.
12. General
Frank reserves the right to verify the eligibility of any entry and to disqualify entries that are incomplete, fraudulent, automated, duplicated, or otherwise not in accordance with these terms.
Frank is not responsible for entries that are lost, delayed, misdirected, incomplete, or not received due to technical issues or other reasons beyond its reasonable control.
Frank reserves the right to suspend, cancel, or amend the prize draw where it becomes necessary to do so for reasons outside its reasonable control, provided that this does not unfairly disadvantage entrants.
By entering, entrants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
